Chris Azaldegui (Biteen Lab) and Desnor Chigumba (Kersten Lab), both 4th year students, were selected to receive Rackham Predoctoral Fellowships for 2023. The Rackham Predoctoral Fellowship supports outstanding doctoral students working on dissertations that are unusually creative, ambitious and impactful. Congratulations to Chris and Desnor!!

Four PCB students successfully defended over the past three months - Congratulations to Dr. Scott Campit (Chandrasekaran Lab), Dr. Meredith Purchal (Koutmos/Koutmou Labs), Dr. Jorge Becerra (Mapp Lab), and Dr. Jorge Sandoval (Montgomery/Minehan Labs)!
